We have three sets of terms and conditions.  The first relates to the usage of this site, the second to our free services, and the third to paid services.  In using this site, you should agree to our Site Usage terms and conditions.

Site Usage

We make no guarantees that the information contained in/on this website is accurate, and we also take no responsibility for anything bad happening on or as a result of viewing or using this website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without prior notice.

Free Services

We offer our free services only when the work is interesting to us, our time permits, and we want to so do. The specific terms under which our 'free' services are offered will be handled on an individual basis, and in the event that an individual agreement conflicts - in part or whole - with any statements on this page, the individual agreement will override the terms and conditions stated here.

By 'free', we simply mean that our services are offered 'at cost'. If any costs are incurred as a result of using our services, you will be responsible for them.  We will inform you of any such potential costs ahead of time, and you will be given the final say on whether or not to proceed.

Paid Services

Terms and conditions for paid services are negotiated and agreed on a per-case basis.
